8 Tips I use to stay Healthy
I’ve always been frail and thought it was a matter of genetics, but after implementing a healthy routine, I changed my mind!
1- Diet: Diet is definitely and will always be a top priority; what makes us sick are meat and animal products (eggs, fish, cheese, and milk) and starches (bread, pasta, cookies, rice, potatoes, etc.). So what do you eat then? I simply eat what nature has to offer, products that grow from the earth in a form suitable for consumption as they are: fruits, vegetables, seeds.
In the last 10 years, I’ve only gotten sick after deviating from the diet! A year ago, I started producing food from my garden, and I must say, I’ve never been better! Unfortunately, supermarket food is full of pesticides and cannot provide us with perfect health.
2- Physical activity: In the past, I’ve been very inconsistent with physical activity, alternating periods of self-destruction with periods of Netflix on the couch; the middle ground is the healthiest and most sustainable choice. It’s important to vary the training by trying to integrate low-intensity endurance workouts like walking or slow running or long and quiet bike rides, with high-intensity endurance workouts like…
