Here’s why you shouldn’t have breakfast

Think back to when you were a child, did you enjoy having breakfast? It’s very likely that you hated eating as soon as you woke up, but your parents forced you to gulp down everything to go to school, where you spent the first hour feeling nauseous and wanting to go back home.

It’s a common belief that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but the reality is that modern humans already eat too much.

On average, we finish dinner at 9pm, often snacking until 10–11pm or later, and waking up at 7am we’ve only been fasting for 8 hours.

We wake up with a bitter taste in our mouth, and our breath could scare a dragon, why is that?

Because our body, thanks to 8 hours of rest from food, has already begun to clean itself, expelling toxins, and the respiratory system is one of the ways to expel…
