Breathing will kill you
Breathing is an activity we perform about 15 times per minute, 900 times per hour, 21,600 times per day, 8 million times per year, and yet many of us are not capable of breathing correctly.
It has been demonstrated through various experiments on animals and humans that eating less helps to live a healthier and longer life, but recently, thanks to studies published by Patrick McKeown, the scientific community has come to the conclusion that breathing acts in the same way: the more we breathe, the closer we get to our death.
It is known to the scientific community that humans and all animals have approximately the same number of heartbeats available, and once they are used up, the organism shuts down forever. This is the motivation behind a rabbit with a heart rate between 130 and 325 beats per minute living 8 years, while a turtle with 6 beats per minute can live 200 years.
