The fasting topic is now highly debated and rich in controversies, we will try to answer this question based on the outcomes of scientific experiments.

Classical fasting is represented by the temporary abstention from both solid and liquid food for a certain period of time, with water being allowed. On the other hand, dry fasting does not even allow water. In some extreme versions of dry fasting, contact with water is not allowed either. Yes, you read that right, you can’t even wash yourself. Does all of this make sense?

The greatest experts in fasting therapy are undoubtedly the Russians. Russia is in fact the only country in the world where fasting is recognized as a publicly authorized medical practice and is viewed by doctors as a pharmacological treatment since 1985.

Dr. Sergey Filonov is currently the leading expert in dry fasting and for years, in the cold regions of Altaj, in his private clinic, he has been guiding his numerous patients towards psychophysical healing thanks to his in-depth knowledge in the field.

Sergey states that dry fasting is significantly superior in terms of time
