It has long been known to the scientific community the ability of water to store information, “memories” of substances that have been dissolved in it.

Water functions like a Hard-Disk and carries with it the “imprints” or “vibrations” it has absorbed, recreating their effects.

Water memory

Dr. Serghey Filonov in his book “Dry Fasting — The latest developments in fasting therapy in Russia”, offers interesting insights on the subject. The doctor explains how it is possible to “purify” water before drinking it, “formatting” it to make it devoid of information.

Water can only be formatted by allowing it to go through its natural cycle, so it will be necessary to evaporate it, recondense it, freeze it, and melt it.

Water Cycle

This will result in water that is pure from an informational point of view.

Since this is a long and tedious process, it is advisable to have access to the source, for those who have the possibility.
