How to Transition Your Diet from Omnivore to Vegan

It is highly discouraged to switch to a diet consisting of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds without undergoing a transition process. Beyond the fact that such a drastic change may be psychologically unsustainable, it is very likely (in relation to the amount of toxins stored in the body) that it will also be physically unsustainable.

When transitioning to a diet consisting of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds (or ideally just fruits), one stops introducing toxins into the body, and the digestive burden is drastically reduced.

This combination of factors allows the body to conserve vital energy that will be quickly directed towards the elimination of waste material (toxins, obstructions). If this change occurs too rapidly, the detoxifying action of the body will be too intense.

The toxins accumulated in the gastrointestinal system and fat deposits will enter the bloodstream too quickly, causing a condition of extreme psychophysical discomfort that in the most severe cases can lead to death.
