Raw Vegan Fruit Tart - A weight-loss cake
This simple recipe allows you to obtain a super healthy and delicious cake, perfect even for children, and no baking is required.
Ingredients:
- 200g dates
- • 400g almonds
- 2 bananas
- 100g blueberries
- 10 strawberries
- Fresh fruit to taste
Procedure:
1- Remove the pits from the dates and mash them with your hands until you get a sticky paste.
2- Chop the almonds until you get a crumbly texture.
3- Knead the date paste with the chopped almonds until you get a homogeneous mixture.
4- Brush a cake pan with a few drops of olive oil to prevent sticking.
5- Spread the dough on the bottom of the pan, making sure to leave the outer edge about 1cm higher than the center.
6- Blend the two bananas with 50g of blueberries and 5 strawberries (keep another 50g of blueberries and 5 strawberries for the subsequent decoration).
7- Pour the smoothie over the cake base.
8- Cut the remaining fruit and arrange it on top of the smoothie to obtain a pleasant decoration.
9- Let the cake rest in the fridge for 12 hours.
10- Eat as much cake as you want because it won’t make you gain weight or get sick!
