Sick Vegans

The toxicity and unnaturalness of consuming animal products are now well known to the reader. Nevertheless, today’s society is teeming with sick vegans. The stereotype of the pale and weak vegan has its foundations: the vegan who embarks on an ethical dietary path benefits the health of animals but not necessarily their own.

The dietary pyramid of the average vegan presents a wide base of more or less refined starches and cereals, potatoes, quinoa, seitan, veggie burgers, vegan biscuits, snacks, fried foods, and meat substitutes such as plant-based cheeses and cold cuts,

demonstrating a total disregard for raw fruits and vegetables rich in life, vitality, beneficial radiation, easily assimilable sugars, vitamins, minerals, and fiber that promote intestinal transit.

The sick vegan is therefore pale due to the significant constipation for which starch is the main culprit. Starchy products like flour, rice, and potatoes are excellent adhesives and cause unimaginable obstructions in the intestines.
