That’s why your skin is too white (Pallor)
Fair skin has historically been attributed to noble castes and generally to all those who had sufficient economic means to avoid hard outdoor work. However, light skin color is not solely attributable to the absence of melanin. In ancient times, the affluent population used to consume large quantities of animal products and generally tended to overeat, a condition precluded to the less fortunate.
A demanding digestion, caused by excessive quantities of incorrect foods, results in much of the subject’s vital energies being concentrated within the tissues that make up the organs of the digestive system.
Blood then withdraws from the surface of the body to concentrate where needed, raising internal temperature. The skin is then in a condition of blood deficiency, with a temperature lower than normal.
